TOPDON UK are now looking to add a new member of staff to our product support team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our company in the midst of massive growth and success within the Diagnostic Tool industry in the UK.
An understanding of vehicle diagnostics is preferred but not essential, training within the role will be provided. Our ideal candidate would be a vehicle diagnostic technician with hands-on experience who is looking to come out of the workshop and move into an office based environment. Ability to work well with computers and technology is essential.
Office hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, we also close on Bank Holidays.
Answering inbound calls and emails from support enquiries and dealing with these as efficiently as possible. Maintaining a courteous and helpful attitude at all times to ensure a great after sales experience for our valued customers nationally.
Logging all support enquiries using our in house CRM system to ensure all enquiries are logged and not forgotten so every customer gets the answer or fix they are looking for as fast as possible.
Be in contact directly with TOPDON Support engineers when appropriate. This includes support, warranty and repair enquiries.
Our product support also utilises a WhatsApp account which has proven very popular with majority of our users, this is also a form of communication the candidate will be expected to use.
Product knowledge will improve over time with experience within the role.
