Job Specification: Mechanic / Workshop Manager   Sea Cliff Garage is an independent family owned and operated garage based in Peacehaven that has served the local area for over 35 years, having recently reopened following refurbishment.   Following assisting with reopening and due to a change in personal circumstances, we are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and customer focused Mechanic / Workshop Manager to be part of the team to help manage and grow the business.  This is a unique opportunity to help guide and lead a small local successful business, through the next stage of development.     Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Ultimately responsible for all activities at the repair centre through the effective control of line supervisory colleagues, ensure business operates in line with the business plan. Manage and dealing with all aspects of Customer engagement, whilst delivering high levels of Customer service.   Personally, monitoring customer complaints and ensuring that they are resolved quickly and fairly. Ensuring that all internal company policies and Health and Safety regulations/policies are adhered to by all members of the team. Ensure commercial acumen when dealing with all accounts and for day-to-day operations of the business. Key Competencies: Fully independent working and ability to run workshop / manage others. Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
